Borås city of sculptures

Borås city of sculptures

The city of sculptures, Borås, has already become a term on the Swedish art scene. It all started in 2008 with Jim Dines sculpture of Pinocchio, Walking to Borås, which put Borås on the international art map as well. Among participating artists you'll find e.g. Antony Gormley, Tony Cragg, Jim Dine, Anne-Karin Furunes, Kerstin Dahl-Norén, William Sweetlove, Kaarina Kaikkonen and Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd.
