The competition takes place in the northern part of the Dalsland Canal lake system, beginning at the idyllic Baldersnäs Estate in Laxsjön. The finish line lies 55 km away in Lake Lelång at the harbor in Bengtsfors. In between you will paddle the lakes Svärdlången and Västra Silen.

By car

From Karlstad

Drive southwards on the E45 to Amal. Then take route 164 towards Bengtsfors.

 

From Gothenburg

Drive on the E6 to Uddevalla, following the signs to towards Bengtsfors on the 172 road.

 

From Trollhättan / Vänersborg

Drive North on the E45 to Mellerud and take off towards Bengtsfors.

 

From Oslo

Take the E18 to Årjang, taking the 172 road towards Bengtsfors.
