The church in Kållered is medieval, but was partly rebuilt in the 17th century.
The altar piece is from 1663 and is created by Hans Beldsnickare, who also created the altar piece for the cathedral in Skara.
There is a votive ship hanging from the ceiling above the baptismal funt. It is dated to 1738. It was custom for sailors who returned from a long and difficult journey at sea to thank God by giving a decorative ship to their parish church. This sailor was probably at the Swedish East-Indian Company.
Mass every Sunday all year.
The address is Norra Kyrkvägen 16 in Kållered.
