Shellfish Package
Villa Sjötorp´s Shellfish Package offers an experience out of the ordinary. Come and enjoy the shellfish of West Sweden.
We begin our journey with four oysters, served on ice with a slice of lemon, just as you´d expect.
You´ll indulge in a smoking pot au feu of Noray lobsters, prawns and the most beautiful of mussels, the blue.
The lobsters is halved, and served with golden brown melted butter and boiled potatoes, with a flavoured mayonnaise, and bread for toasting.
We round off with a few slices of cheese with accompaniments.
Mousse au chocolat is the perfect ending to the meal, followed by a night´s stay at our lovely hotel.
