Blomsholm
Blomsholm is one of Bohuslän's finest cultural heritage landscapes, with lots of remains from the Stone Age until medieval times. Blomsholm has ancient remains of national interest. At Blomsholm you'll find a stone ship, stone circles, old workers' accommodation with a museum and coffee shop, as well as geologically interesting areas.
The Svinesund Bridges
These bridges provide a landmark which is well-known to both Swedes and Norwegians. The bridges connect our two countries across Idefjorden. The new Svinesund Bridge opened in 2005 and is an arch bridge, made from local granite taken from the site of the old bridge. The views from the bridges make them well worth a visit.
Kosterhavet Marine National Park
Kosterhavet Marine National Park has a marine focus, and with around 6,000 species in the sea, and the same number on land, the Koster Islands and the surrounding archipelago and waters are the most species-rich in Sweden.
Strömstad´s Museum
Strömstad´s Museum, is an active museum with intresting exhibitions. Library and archives have an emphasis on local history.
