A summer paradise in the town centre with a lot of activities during the summer for both young and old. Peaceful nature surroundings.

The Coffee shop is open from May to the end of August. In the Art gallery, situated in an old turbine house, exhibitions are arranged spring - autumn.

The smithy cottages from the 1700´s show how the local people once lived. In a former warehouse building, students from Helliden Folk High School demonstrate and sell their handicrafts such as silverware, ceramic goods and textile prints.

Smedstugans Handicraft is situated in one of the smithscottages on the Turbinhouse island.

During the peak of summer, there is entertainment at the park on the island every Thursday evening.
