Check in at floating hotel Salt & Sill, Klädesholmen, otherwise known as herring island, as 40% of Swedish herring comes from here! The herring even has its own national day on 6 June.Lunch at Åstol Smokery, where you can try smoked shrimps and meet the charming owners, actors Leif and Pia.
 
Excursion: Nordic Watercolour Museum, which also has an amazing gourmet café and a wonderful location amongst the cliffs and rocks in the village of Skärhamn.
  
Dinner at Salt & Sill, a Taste of West Sweden accredited restaurant, serving the most scrumptious, locally-sourced sea food and their speciality, herring!

Check-in: Strandflickornas Havshotell, a charming hotel next to the sea.

Afternoon Activity: You sign on in the North Harbour to the genuine fishingboat named "Signe," The oystergrowers Lars & Adrian takes you out to their farms where a diver picks up the harvesting of mussels and oysters.

Eat a wonderful 3-course dinner at Brygghuset restaurant in Fiskebäckskil in the evening. Brygghuset is Taste of West Sweden accredited and offering an awe-inspiring view of Gullmar fjord.

Morning activity: kayaking in Lysekil with Nautopp.

 
Lunch at Villa Sjötorp, Lyckorna, Taste of West Sweden accredited and offering jaw-dropping coastal views.
 
Afternoon: Visit to Qvänum Mat & Malt, occupying former farm buildings, including the brewery, which supplies in-house beer and schnapps, found in the old cowshed.
 
Dinner and accommodation at the Art Noveau-styled Bjertorp Manor. "At least once in life everybody should eat and drink to their heart's content," claimed Bjertorp Slott. Therefore, it would be wrong not to enjoy this exquisite restaurant!
