Day 1.

Check-in at the Gothic seaside Villa Sjötorp, built in 1901 and looking down on a wonderful seascape of small islands and peninsulas. The retreat also has Scandinavia's official Swan environmental certification mark, covering all types of consumer products, hotels and restaurants.
 
Morning activity: Oyster Safari and seafood lunch at Everts Sjöbod, Grebbestad. Learn all about oysters, including how to catch and open them safely! Everts Sjöbod is Naturens Bästa (Nature's Best) accredited, which is the first national quality mark for eco-tourism in Sweden.
 
Afternoon activity: visit Pilane Sculture Park, where beautiful Pilane-sheep graze freely amongst several thousand year-old ancient remains in the Swedish countryside.

Day 2

Visit to Koster Marine National park, Sweden's first marine national park and containing the country's highest marine biodiversity.
  
Check in at the eco cottages on the North Koster island, located only 50-100 metres from the beach and all offering gorgeous sea views. The cottages are modern and very eco-friendly, using solar power.
 
Activity: Seal safari with Selin Charter, a Nature Best certified tour, where you can see an abundance of seals, as well as all manner of seabirds and sealife.
 
Lunch at Kosters Trädgårdar, which also has a great farm shop, selling organic cheese, oil, jam and herbs.
  
Activity: guided tour of Kosters Marine National park, where a knowledgeable guide reveals the natural beauty and history of the pretty island of Resö.
