Vann Spa (+46 523 442 00; www.vann.se) is a design-led hotel overlooking Gullmar Fjord, set within a nature reserve an hour from Gothenburg, offering a six-pool spa including separate hot 42 ˚C and cold 10 ˚C pools, plus forest and flower pools. There’s also a modern restaurant and amazing views.
