Bookings/product purchases are made directly with the product owner whose name is stated on the booking.
Booking Terms & Conditions
The booking terms & conditions and the conditions of the pricing agreement must be read and agreed to before booking.
Unless otherwise stated by the company, the following booking terms & conditions apply:
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the date of arrival. For non-arrival or late cancellation, the full accommodation cost will be charged. A change of arrival or departure date counts as a cancellation.

To review, change or cancel your booking, use the Id and password stated on your booking confirmation.
Alternatively, log on to www.vastsverige.com, choose "Booking" from the menu at the top of the page, then click on "Your booking".
If you have any queries about your booking, please contact the supplier direct, by telephone The supplier's telephone number can be found on the booking confirmation.
When do I pay?
All products should be paid for direct to the supplier on arrival. You only enter your credit card number to guarantee your booking. There may be some exceptions to this.
Who is responsible?
Each supplier is legally responsible, and is recommended to follow the rules issued by Kammarkollegiet, the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency. The product owner/supplier named on the booking is fully responsible for the quality and implementation of everything they have sold to you, whether they themselves are the providers or have bought services from another operator, transport company, or other sub-contractor.
It is the responsibility of the product owner to ensure that:
– you receive the necessary travel documentation.
– you are informed about all important changes, which concern your bookings/purchases.
– all suppliers are paid for any services you have purchased.
What if we can't agree?
Bookings/product purchases/reclamations of products are made directly with the product owner, whose name is stated on the booking.
When does my booking/purchase become binding?
Your purchase/booking will be binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing (booking confirmation via email) and these terms and conditions apply from that moment, whether you have paid for the product or not.
Handling of personal data
Any personal data, such as name, address, email address and telephone number, which you enter when making a booking on www.vastsverige.com, may be used by the Tourist Board for the West of Sweden as a basis for marketing and customer analysis, as well as for statistical analysis. By entering the above-mentioned personal data you agree to the Tourist Board for the West of Sweden using your personal data for these purposes.
