Marstrand is an ancient place where all the qualities of the west coast of Sweden merge. It's a classic spot for sun worshippers, sailors, fishermen, nature lovers, walkers, bathers, straw hats and wet suits. But Marstrand is beautiful, fascinating and lovely when the autumn storms roar or when the ice locks the harbour. Maybe even more so depending upon what you're after. Peace of mind. Stillness. Silence. Finding solace in watching the sky and the ever changing ocean.
