Camilla Läckberg doesn’t only write detective stories. She also writes cookbooks, together with her old childhood friend Christian Hellberg, head chef at Bryggan Fjällbacka and awarded the prestigious title Swedish Chef of the Year in 2001.

In the evening, tuck into a lovely three-course dinner at Bryggan Fjällbacka, composed by Christian Hellberg and based on recipes from the cookbook – Flavours from Fjällbacka.
Spend the night in the cosy hotel, decorated in attractive Newport style, and enjoy a generous breakfast buffet in the morning.

This tour is held every Saturday at 2pm all year round.
Also Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm in high season.

Bryggan Fjällbacka, with its unique location right on the pier in Fjällbacka, offers both a magnificent view of the sunset and a kitchen which is out of the ordinary.
As a certified member of the local quality network Västsvensk Mersmak, the restaurant’s focus is on locally grown and produced ingredients.
During the day, visitors can also enjoy a light meal in the pleasant coffee shop and bistro.
