Restaurang Sjöboden
Restaurant Sjöboden is at 'Spikens Fiskeläge' at the far end of Kållandsö.
With the raw materials that close, the speciality is obviously fish from Lake Vänern, such as. pike-perch, perch, whitefish, salmon and bleak roe. Local produce is used as far as possible when it comes to meat, vegetables and cheeses.
A lot of effort is put into the choice of drinks. The wine list is continuously updated and contains many gems in all price classes. Wines are obviously also served by the glass. Worth noting is the range of after dinner drinks and whiskies.
Restaurant Sjöboden was among the first twenty restaurants in Västra Götaland to be certified by Västsvensk Mersmak in 2001. As a restaurant in the west of Sweden with high-quality food, service and surroundings, and to a great extent using locally sourced raw materials.
From the restaurant and its conservatory, you have a delightful view over the harbour and boats.
The restaurant has 70 seats indoors and 30 seats outside.
