Vallby Herrgård is a jewel set in an area of natural beauty about 10 kilometers north of Mariestad. We offer you peace and quiet but at the same time adventure lies in wait outside our gates.
You can use our limousine for special occasions such as weddings and graduation-day celebrations.
We can accommodate you in a smoke-free double-room, a family room or a suite. All our rooms are decorated in a stylish décor and you wake up in a comfortable homely milieu. The suite and the family room are fully equipped whilst the double room has a shared shower and W.C. plus the use of the lounge.
All our guests can enjoy the large lounge which has TV and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also use the patio with grill and garden furniture or simply enjoy a walk in our beautiful park. Breakfast is available for purchase.
NB1! We have a protected parking area which means that Vallby Herregård is the safe place to stay for the night for those travelling with camping cars or caravans.
With its splendid location on Lake Vänern Mariestad offers excellent recreation and leisure opportunities.
The archipelago, with the Islands of Torsö and Brommö, is a highly popular excursion destination.
Mariestad Golf Club is situated just west of the town.
A particular attraction for the visitors to the area is the Göta Canal, of which the Västergötland section starts at Sjötorp. You will find fun activities, sights, god food and service all along the canal. All nestled into our beautiful countryside and the unique canal atmosphere.
