Bryggan Fjällbacka, In the á la carte-restaurant with its new open-plan kitchen, during the autumn, winter and spring you can sit and eat in front of the panoramic windows and look out over a stormy sea. Then, later, during the warm summer months, enjoy the same tasty fare by the open window, close to the sea and the boats, or outside on the large outdoor seating area with the waves lapping beneath your feet.
On the floor above is the piano bar. Here you can stand, high above the water and look out over the harbour and its approaches. This gloriously light room can seat around a hundred guests and is also suitable for parties and weddings.
The piano bar and other rooms are also suitable for conferences.
For conferences, there is also the option of a tailor-made experience package, as Bryggan co-operates with professional event organisers. All events are tailored to the changing seasons and the wishes of our guests.
In the coffee shop, which also houses a pub & shellfish bar (with wonderfully tasty Norway lobsters) you can sit and relax for hours, watching boats and people, and spending time with friends.
We serve freshly baked pastries, pies, sandwiches, salads, main courses cooked by our skilled chefs, good coffee, chilled rosé wine, cold beer and much, much more
