The restaurant is located in the complex’s own
winter-insulated ‘Innovation Barn’. The café is
supplied with homebaked delicacies from the
large stone oven. In the summer part of the restaurant moves out on the terrace with a view over the glorious foliage.
Today the continuously growing garden covers
some 7000 m2 and summertime is home to more than 100 types of dahlias, perennials and annuals all in dazzling colours. Some of the vegetables used in the kitchen are grown here as well. Those who wish can take the coffee out into the garden or settle on the terrace to enjoy the magnificent flowers.
You can pick your own favourite bouquet and pay to take it home or give away. It is possible to order from the some 200 different dahlia bulbs for your own garden.
It has become a popular bus excursion goal during the summer and in the winter it draws long-distance visitors to Christmas market and dinner. The shop sells an in-house production of gifts and uniquely different furniture.
