Erikson’s Charcuterie
The Erikson’s Delicatessen in Nossebro is a small delicatessen whose aim is to transform fresh, Swedish meats into quality meat products. In
addition to satisfied customers, the reward has been two gold diplomas in the Swedish Delicatessen Championships 2004 (SM 2004), specifically for smoked shoulder ham and Erickson’s tasty falu sausage.
Another product is the Västgöta white pudding sausage. Erikson products can be found in around 40 stores in the Nossebro area. There is also a shop in Nossebro itself where you are welcome to buy meat and choose among all the homemade delicacies.
