Fishing in Lake Vänern

Lake Vänern offers good and varied fishing opportunities, both from shore as from your boat. Sweden´s biggest lake hold over 30 spieces of fresh water fish like pike, perch, salmon, pike-perch and burbot.

Fishing in Lake Vänern is free, as long as you use just regular hobby fishing equipment.

Several companies offers help for a succesful fishing tour. Packages, including overnight, dinner and other activities, can be booked.
