Fishing/Angling Lake Sävelången
Sävelången is a long narrow lake which many anglers reckon to be one of the best in the WestCoast region. The lake has a fine stock of pike and perch, but trout, zander and burbot are also caught regularly. The record pike caught in the lake weighed about 20 kg. Another exciting sport is jigging for large smelt both in the summer (from a boat) or in the winter (from the ice). Boats can be hired at the tourist information office at Nääs Manor, where there is also a launching ramp. Fishing permits can be bought at Nääs Tourist Bureau
