The restaurant is open all the year round for bookings and during the summer season we are open from breakfast-time until late supper-time. We follow the seasons and work with our local products.

Restaurant

Our food philosophy is one in which we aim to bring attention to the local produce that can be found around us in Skaraborg, and we have a large pantry to pick from. It is wonderful that the demand for such products is steadily on the increase. As we all know, locally produced food is good both for our health and for the environment - and, last but not least, it tastes so much better!

Catering

Sometimes it might be more suitable for you to have a party at home or on other premises, and then we suggest you take a look at our selection of catering menus. Naturally, you can come to us with your own preferences and our fantastic chefs will respond to your wishes.

There is also the possibility of hiring one of our chefs for an evening; in such a case the food is prepared on the spot and this might suit smaller groups better.

Bus lunches

The naturally pleasant stop alongside Göta Canal.

Bus lunches throughout the year, at which cultural guided tours by Böckersboda Byalag can be arranged.
