Idas Strandgård
Idas Strandgård is conveniently located close to the city center. The standard is simple, all rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, TV and WC. Nine of the rooms have showers, the others have access to showers. There is also a large sauna that guests may use.

The M/S Sandön travels between Karlsborg and Töreboda, which many consider the most beautiful part of the canal. You can also discover the Göta Canal on two wheels. No preparation is needed – just rent a bike at any of several places along the canal, jump in the saddle and pedal off.
The Tiveden National Park is the magical enchanted forest between Lakes Vättern and Vänern.
