A renovated seaside hotel and an updated house of culture, in a beautiful location right on the water in the idyllic community of Slussen.
Personal, charming rooms with balconies and patios. Most rooms in the main building have sea views. Good in-house restaurant, with music.
Around Easter is the big spring premiere when the weekend music packages, theme days and assorted workshops start.
The sauna will be lit for you to relax and unwind in, and you can book Shiatsu and traditional massage sessions to follow.
Around midsummer the hotel’s main music season kicks off. The restaurant is open every day then and have a lively programme of gigs by world-class performers. The restaurant opens evenings only from 7pm. If you want to stay at the hotel for one or more nights there are some great package offers with food, music and accommodation.
After the 15th August the music season continues over the weekends, mainly on Saturdays, up to the beginning of November. The weekend breaks include oyster and shellfish evenings, sea kayaking trips, mushroom forays and wine tasting. It’s time to light the stove in the sauna and enjoy the peace and quiet!
In November the hotel closes for the season.

Restaurant

The waves lap beneath your feet. You can hear the chef whistling in the kitchen. Then the food arrives, followed by the music! We offer a complete experience, which includes well-prepared food based on regional products, seasonal flavours, selected organic wines and enthusiastic staff.

Slussens Pensionat is one of the restaurants selected by the association Västsvensk Mersmak. This is a quality mark, which means that the food served is guaranteed to be of high quality, that the restaurant is dedicated to working with locally produced raw materials and organic food producers, that its kitchen has an in-depth knowledge about food and drink, and that the restaurant adheres to ethical rules and regulations.
