Vatten Gourmet och Café
Gourmet and Café is the direction for the beautiful restaurant Vatten at the Nordic Watercolour museum. The level of ambition at restaurant Vatten is very high and the restaurateurs want to offer furnishings, food and drink with a Scandinavian profile.
During the day, they serve good, well-made lunches, delicious pastries and flavoursome bread, like the 'Tjörnkaka', which is baked over a wood fire.
In the summer, a full menu is available every night and the chances of enjoying a gourmet dinner in the sunset on the pier are good.
During the rest of the year, the restaurant is more of a function-restaurant in the evenings, but a number of themed weeks have already been planned.
