Broby Struts
Broby Struts is the largest ostrich farm in Western Sweden. They have a nice farm shop with a café/restaurant and an art gallery that is open to groups who book in advance. At the farm you will also find the Ostrich villa with eight beds that can be booked for one night or a whole week. In the farm shop several ostrich products are being sold, such as filé, steak, minced meat, sausages and paté. The company’s own designer, Petra Rausmark, has made a lot of leather products, that are for sale at the store.
The farm is situated by the road between Källby and Lundsbrunn, near Mariedal castle. If you are coming from Lidköping on road 44 follow the signs to Lundsbrunn and pass two four-way crossings. If you are travelling on road E20, turn off at Ledsjö church, drive through Lundsbrunn and pass Mariedal castle.
