Welcome to Lidköping's new fish & shellfish restaurant at the Edward Hotel. We offer anything from a whole evening in our dining room, with a three-course dinner and selected drinks from aperitif to after-dinner drink, to a cocktail or a glass of wine from the extensive wine list in our cosy wine bar.

Our philosophy is to offer the best from the local lakes, sea, forests, and fields with a modern touch. Locally produced raw materials, served in a calm and peaceful setting, with quality interior and service.
We also offer an extensive range of quality drinks, with everything from Scandinavian aquavit to different kinds of digestifs. We put a lot of emphasis on our wine list, where most of the world's wine producing regions are represented, and all wines can be ordered by the glass.
Now Lidköping has a fish & shellfish restaurant, PIRUM RESTAURANG & VINBAR. The focus will be the same as for our other restaurant, Restaurant Sjöboden in Spiken Fishing Harbour: the best raw materials from the local area. We will continue to get a lot of our fish from Lake Vänern, but our menu will also contain fish and shellfish from the Swedish west coast. We will also carry on using our current producers of cheese, meat, and vegetables in our new restaurant.
The restaurant & wine bar is open Monday-Saturday, 17.00 - 23.00
