The fishing
The first Monday after the 20th September the autumn lobster fishing begins. Lobster fishing trips are available from the first Tuesday of the fishing period until Christmas. Wendla usually departs at 08.00. The lobster fishing trip lasts between 3 and 4 hours. Around 20 lobster pots are emptied.
We can't guarantee that you will catch either fish or lobster on our trips, but since our first trip in 1990 we have run several hundred trips, and not yet come ashore empty-handed.
To get a complete experience, we strongly recommend booking a package through one of our partners.
