Walk around Forsbacka Golf Club’s park- and forest course, beautifully situated by lake Forsbackasjön. If you want to stay overnight, you can visit the historical golf hotel - Jägarmästarflygeln. When you feel hungry you can visit the golf restaurant in the small mansion.
Forsbacka Golf Course is a 18-hole forest- and park course, beautifully situated around Forsbackasjön, west of Åmål. The first nine holes is an open park path with wide areas and a lot of water hazards. The last nine is locted on a forestpath, where the dufficulty is to be able to place your shooting towards the greens. The club also disposes of a simpler executive short course where you can practice your close-play.
Accomodation in tastefully decorated wing
At the property of Forsbacka, which is owned by the club, several buildings are from the 18th and 19th centuries. Among other things, Jägmästarflygeln, which today is run as a hotel, with tastefully decorated rooms where the priority has been to maintain the time spirit regarding colour and shape.
