Cast off – on nature´s terms

Kosterhavets Nationalpark is centred around the Koster Islands, two hours north of Gothenburg, and of the 390 sq km it covers, 98 % are underneath the water surface. Next door to Kosterhavet National Park is the Norwegian sister park, Ytre Hvaler. Together these two national parks form a large and valuable marine area with strong environmental protection.

Boating in the national parks provides wonderful opportunities to experience the magnificent archipelago, secret bays and open sea. As a traveller at sea, you can contribute to preserving the parks’ valuable nature for the future!
