Kock & Vin, located in the Vasa restaurant district, was also crowned ‘the best wine experience in Sweden’ by the Swedish White Guide: the country’s own version of the Michelin Guide. The restaurant is run by Björn Persson, one of the most established chefs in Gothenburg and a well-known sommelier. Gothenburg’s other four Michelin-starred restaurants include Sjömagasinet, 28+, Fond and Basement.
