Go for a swim

With or without salt. Refreshing baths, smooth rocks and sandy beaches are available in great numbers on the Best Coast. All you have to do is choose whether you want to swim in salty water or fresh, jump in from great heights or walk in slowly. When the weather doesn’t invite to outdoor swimming, why not try a seaweed bath with freshly harvested seaweed straight from the ocean.
