The adventure trail in Tiveden suits beginners as well as those with previous experience. Great importance is placed on safety and all activities take place in a safe environment will well-trained instructors. The courses are constructed by, among others, Jan Stenström, an SBO-authorized mountain guide and there are well-trained instructors on site.

Bring your work colleagues, your girl-friends, the family or your mates from the national service – there’s room for all groups with the taste for active outdoor adventures. All activities can be booked separately or as a full day of adventures.

Climbing - Individual climbing with personal safety equipment. Three separate courses with different degrees of difficulty makes the climbing varied and exciting.

Abseiling - You will abseil from vertical mountain walls up to 40 metres high. Stomach-fluttering guaranteed.

Cableway - Starts from 40 metres height above a lake. An experience guaranteed to quicken the pulse which ends with an approximately 16-metre long abseil to solid ground.

Other activities: Clay pigeon shooting, pentathlon, Icelandic horse riding, outdoor cooking, kayak paddling and more.

Floating sauna: The floating sauna in the Karlsborg Bay offers steaming relaxation.
Always close to a refreshing dip in- or outside the sauna. Open all year round.

Siberian sauna
Wood-fired and made in Siberia. Situated right by the Vättern seaside.
