200 g smoked beaver
Or other smoked meat in slices
Cottage cheese and avocado salad
2 ripe avocadoes
500 g natural cottage cheese
1 tsp unsweetened mustard
1 tbsp grated horseradish
Salt
Pepper
P r e p a r a t i o n
Cottage cheese and avocado salad
Scoop out the avocado meat and mash with a fork.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients and add horseradish, salt and pepper according to taste. Remember that the taste of the horseradish matures and can easily get too overpowering after a while.
To serve
Arrange the salad attractively on a plate with the smoked meat.
To maintain its colour, the salad should be made just before serving.
