Bengtsfors
The hiking trail Egersknatten is part of the Nordleden and offers you a nice escape into the Dalsland wilderness.
The hiking trail Egersknatten is approximately 2.5 km long, starting next to the road 172 north of Bengtsfors. The view is stunning; overlooking the northern lake Lelång is a popular hiking destination. On the top of Egersknatten are two bronze-age cairns.
Find the trail
The trail starts about 7 km north of Bengtsfors by road 172. On the road east side, north of Norra Lund, there is a parking pocket where it is possible to park your car (N59.088448
O12.247775). A path then leads from here into the Skarsdalsbergen nature reserve and Egersknatten.
Part of the trail Nordleden
A very nice, straight hiking trail between Bengtsfors and Gustavsfors. You can walk a track and paddle the other back or rent a dressin. There goes a bus between Bengtsfors and Gustavsfors.
