Nature reserve - Åsnebo
Dals Långed
The nature reserve consists largely of limestone-affected land on slopes to the northwest. Within the nature reserve you can find impressive trees by walking on the hiking trail (approx. 2 km).
Forests
Here are spruce forests with large elements of deciduous trees, source-affected soil with coarse sticky bales, calcareous solder surfaces, a beautiful brook ravine, swamp forests, natural forest-like coniferous forest and deciduous forest on calcareous soil with a large element of hazel and try. Maple and other noble deciduous trees are scattered. Initially, a lot of spruce will be removed. This is done to benefit deciduous trees.
Hiking trail
Within the nature reserve you can not only look at impressive wood, but also take a short walk of about 2 km. Suitable for families with children, but without a pram as the path is not smooth. This trip to the beautiful sights will be a memorable day during your holiday in Dalsland.
How to get here
Åsnebo Nature Reserve is located along the road between Dals Långed and Laxarby, about 5 km north of Dals Långed.
