How to get to Gunnebo House and Gardens
Gunnebo House is just outside Gothenburg, or to be exact, in Mölnlycke, about ten kilometres south west of the centre of Gothenburg. It’s easy to get there on public transport.
On public transport
The nearest stop is Gunnebo Park, from where it’s a one kilometre walk up to the House.
From Gothenburg’s Central Station:
Take the Västtåget train to Mölndal station and then bus 753, or tram 2, 4 or 13 to Korsvägen, followed by bus 753. The whole journey takes just less than 30 minutes. In Västtrafik’s travel planner you’ll find the quickest route. Search for Gunnebo Park.
By car
Gunnebo House is signposted both from the E6 (Lackarebäcksmotet) and Road 40 going west (Mölnlyckemotet). There’s plenty of parking, including disabled parking spaces.
By bike
Cycling to Gunnebo is easy. From the centre of Gothenburg it takes around 45 minutes. Follow the cycle path to Mölndal. From Lackarebäck tram stop Gunnebo is signposted directly. You can also cycle along the road via Delsjömotet to Mölnlycke and take the turning for Rådavägen at Helenedal.
