Hjortviken Konferens is a family-owned company that specialises in organising meetings and conferences. Just 15 minutes by car from Landvetter Airport, and half an hour from the centre of Gothenburg, you can hold everything from creative kickoff meetings to international conferences in a superb location. Hjortviken can collect and drop off conference guests from the airport using its own bus, ensuring your conference or meeting can run to schedule. The modern conference facilities are close to the forest and lake, giving you the opportunity take a relaxing walk, a mind-clearing run, an invigorating dip in the lake, or a spot of cross-country skiing – whatever the season has to offer.

First-rate accommodation, gym, and wine cellar

The hotel has 90 fully equipped rooms with 117 beds. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and there is free WiFi and parking. The relaxation facility offers a sauna, a well-equipped gym, and an outdoor swimming pool that is kept at bathing temperature all year round. 

The dining room can seat 140 and serves energy-generating breakfasts, a lavish lunch menu, a range of pastries to accompany your afternoon coffee, and an enticing dinner menu. Weather permitting, there is a spacious terrace with a view across the lake, Västra Nedsjön. Hjortviken has its own wine cellar and sommelier, and the kitchen makes use of fresh, seasonally adapted ingredients whenever possible.

Hjortviken has considerable experience in arranging large private functions and romantic wedding receptions. The restaurant can seat 120 people. Based on your wishes we can arrange dinner, music, festive activities, and overnight accommodation.
