All food served at Aludden Park & Restaurang is modern, organically sustainable and seasonal, as far as possible. The restaurant is certified by A Taste of West Sweden. This certification is reserved for restaurants, producers and farm shops which offer sustainable and genuine west Swedish products and fine dining, all based on local seasonal produce. Every morning you smell the heavenly aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries at Aludden. All bread is kneaded with care by hand and is the perfect combination of sourdough and love.

Excellent knowledge of Swedish wine

Wines are carefully chosen by a sommelier and comes from most major wine regions in the world. Aludden’s wine connoisseur also has an excellent knowledge of Swedish wines.

With its range of food, bread and wine and its beautiful location, Aludden Park & Restaurang is the perfect venue for celebrations. There are three seminar rooms on the top floor too, which are well-suited for training, board meetings and lectures.
