Adventurous walking over the rocky island Ösö
The hiking trail Skuddevik is a short winding hiking trail of medium/demanding difficulty over the rocky island Ösö in Grundsund. The hiking trail connects Skutevik and Hårsäckan. It demands some climbing. It is marked with white painted dots on the mountain and is 1.5 km long. It takes about half an hour to walk. The easiest way to follow the markings is if you start from Skuddevigevråa in Kyrkevik (from the church on the way out to Grundsund Marina).
A cavern near the beginning of the exciting walk
Follow the well trodden path up towards Skuddevigemyra. The little mire (actually two) is ideal for skating in winter when it freezes. The marking begins at the mire. First, you pass between the two dams before the marking leads past the cave Trolle Stöva (Tolle Stuga nr.86) on the cliffs with a magnificent view of the sea road, the archipelago and the sea. The hiking trail ends on the path leading down to the Hårsäckan, where you can stop for a swim if the waves are calm.
