The Farm
The Fork and Shovel is run by Pontus and Jenny who live on the farm with their two children. Today, the farm produces vegetables, apple drinks and glass, with plans for more underway. The next goal is brewing home-made cider and selling it alongside its vegetables in a farm shop next door.
