Thrilling attractions and pirate adventures

At the Daftöland amusement park just outside Strömstad, adventures and pirate games are arranged every day during the whole summer - weekends during spring and autumn - with attractions for young and adults alike. Get dizzy in the Armada ship carousel, be swept along on Silverforsen, full-gas on the Kapten Krock dodgem cars, hold your breath in the Skutan roller-coaster and the Storm swings and prepare to be launched from Kanonskottet. In Spelhålan you can play games and compete with your friends in Dunderburken, Hajen, flipper, pinball, air hockey and much more.
There is music and pirate theatre on the main stage every day, accompanied by the sound of bombs and grenades!

Pirate food in the chest

Hungry pirates most often go to Kapten Svartkrut - Captain Black Powder - whose popular pirate grub has been brought to Daftöland from the seven seas. Grab some tacos, tex-mex, burgers, kebabs, slush, ice-cream or pancakes before heading off to the next adventure.

Stay in a maritime national park

Daftö Resort is located in the Kosterhavet national park and you can book to stay on the campsite, in a hotel cabin or in a themed cottage, your own RW, mobile home or tent. Or perhaps in your own boat in the guest harbour?

After all the pirate adventures at Daftö relax in Strömstad, go shopping and eat out. Take the ferry to the lovely Koster Islands and enjoy the meandering cycle and foot paths, kayaking, good food and farm shops.
