Maplelake Adventure is only a stone's throw from the city centre of Tidaholm and a few steps away from the picturesque river Tidan. Here is a small campsite with a big heart, just bursting to give you a great experience. The "Norrland adventure" is closer than you think and Maplelake Adventure is the obvious link between adventures in the city and the great outdoors.

Camping close to the city centre

Take a walk along the river Tidan and stop for a bite to eat at one of the restaurants there or enjoy great coffee and cakes at one of the lovely cafés. Snuggle down in your caravan, motorhome or tent and enjoy the tranquillity of Hökensås. There are 29 pitches here, of which 20 have electricity.

Luxury glamping tent or a tree hammock?

Do you want to try out a different king of accommodation? You could sleep in a lush forest grove and get close up to nature in a tree hammock. Or you could book a luxury glamping tent with a double bed, rugs, a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings and a romantic atmosphere. Extra beds are available for children, and dogs are also welcome.

Forget about carrying heavy bags, setting up tents and eating tasteless camping food! Just enjoy the outdoors and have your food, picnic baskets and experience package delivered wherever you want it. Activities and amenities in the area

Rent a kayak or a rowing boat and glide through magical places, go hiking or fishing. You can try out Maplelake's new Escape room game or cook in the wild. Children's parties, pentathlons, kick-offs and courses are all options on the menu of activities. There is also a barbecue area.

The campsite offers a service house with showers, toilets, cooking and washing facilities, and a toilet waste disposal point. It is also possible to order a breakfast basket and there is a grocery shop nearby.
