Bike trails on Halleberg and Hunneberg

There is four marked bike trails for mountain bike on Hunneberg with varying degrees of difficulty. In the nearby ski slope you can go downhill. The marked bike trail Carl Linnaeus Path that goes between Vänersborg and Trollhättan also goes on Hunneberg mountain.

On Hunneberg there are a number of cycling trails through the beautiful and preserved nature of the mountains. Most of the trails here are best suited for mountain bikes but the Linneaus bike trail that goes up on the mountain is also suited well for normal bikes. You can find a map of the Linnaeus trail here.

Keep in mind that the following trails are suited for mountain bikes, but of course you can also walk or run along them as well.

The green markings start at the asphalt road by the large car parking area below Bergagården. Cycle about 500 m southwest on the asphalt road and then turn left on the gravel road towards Nyrud and follow the green markings

Blue Line – Northern Hunnebergtrail, 17 km
