Blågrönt Liv is an activity company that specializes in beginner kayak trips in the Trollhättan area and nature reserves nearby. With our experienced guides, you will feel perfectly safe when you paddle in Trollhättan's lovely lakes and rivers. Push out your kayak, make a few strokes of the paddle and start your voyage of discovery to the Stallbacka Islands in Göta Älv. Learn a little history of Trollhättan before you take a break to enjoy a locally produced lunch box. Make a trip to Gravlången with coffee brewed over an open fire and a chance of seeing some beavers. Perhaps you are in a group that wants to go out and kayak on your own? Blågrönt Liv rents out kayaks to groups and can transport them to your chosen location. Courses for kayakers

Blågrönt Liv arranges courses for beginners and kayak enthusiasts with experience. In addition to basic kayaking techniques, you will learn about safety on the water and how kayakers relate to the environment.
