Sandy beaches and swimming off the rocks

Kalvs Familjecamping is not far from Fegens Nature Reserve in the municipality of Svenljunga in the southern parts of West Sweden, and is only about 90 minutes by car from Gothenburg. The lake of Kalvsjön surrounds the campsite, which has sandy beaches as well as swimming off the rocks. You choose whether you stay in a tent, caravan, motorhome, or rent one of the cosy cabins on the campsite.

Family atmosphere

The campsite has a personal, friendly atmosphere and good service, and it’s the perfect starting point for many varied activities. For cycling and walking enthusiasts there are many options, including the Pilgrimsleden Kindaholm and the Ätradalsleden cycle path, which goes from Falköping to Falkenberg. You are spoiled for choice of fishing waters, and twice a year there are fishing contests for all ages.

Canoeing package

Kalvs Familjecamping can provide you with all the help you need for a wonderful canoeing experience. The area of lakes is great for all kinds of canoeing, from day trips to a full week's tour. One suggestion is to get settled in at the campsite and then make day trips in different directions each day, either on foot, canoeing or cycling.
