A living room beside the lake
Råda Säteri dates back to the 14th century and is a well-preserved cultural heritage site with manor buildings from the 18th century. At the same time, this is a place made to be enjoyed. Stroll across the lawns, settle down with your own picnic or admire the view of Lake Rådasjön from the greenhouse.
The beautiful garden features terraces, apple orchards, flower beds, perennial plantings and a kitchen garden. The estate lies within the Rådasjön Nature Reserve, where trails lead through pastures and beech forest. A bathing area and scenic walking trails can also be found nearby.
Food, coffee, tea and French flavours
Råda Säteri offers several places to eat and enjoy coffee and cakes. The garden café in the manor house's west wing serves home-baked treats, sandwiches and lunch throughout the year.
During the summer, Crêpe et Ciel offers savoury galettes, sweet crêpes and a touch of French atmosphere. Tesällskapet in the east wing has a shop featuring a wide selection of teas and tea experiences.
Flowers and shops
During the season, you can create your own bouquet using freshly picked flowers from the fields at Blomsterbacken. You can also visit the shops in the East Wing, which offer a wide range of accessories and other carefully selected products.
Events throughout the year
The estate regularly hosts concerts, theatre performances, stand-up comedy, classic car gatherings, yoga, workshops and other activities. Recurring highlights include Vårkänslor, Sensommar and Jul på Råda Säteri.
