Adventurous challenges among the treetops

The adventure center High Adventure is located in beautiful Lexbydal, just outside Gothenburg. The facility is surrounded by scenic countryside with cultural landscapes, cattle paths, broadleaf forests, hilly terrain, pastures, boardwalks, and forest trails.

Here, you're welcome to try high ropes courses that combine climbing and playfulness with adventurous obstacles among the treetops. The center's experienced instructors guide you from start to finish. On the ground level, you can rent the grill hut and book a barbecue package. If you want to continue the adventure, there are many beautiful walking and hiking trails nearby.

Book your next company event, birthday party, bachelorette party, kickoff, surprise party, or just a unique and fun day with friends. Maybe it's time for the class’s sports break, Easter break, or autumn break? A high ropes adventure is perfect for individuals as well as small and large groups.

High ropes courses at different levels

High Adventure offers three courses of varying difficulty – from easier challenges to more demanding adventures. The green course is the lowest and suitable for everyone. The blue course is the intermediate level, reaching heights of up to 10 meters and requiring a bit more physical ability and courage.

The red course is for those truly seeking an adrenaline-filled challenge. Navigating the course and feeling the wind in the trees from 10 meters up is an exhilarating experience. The course finishes with a 170-meter-long zipline that takes you from an 18-meter-high cliff back to the starting area.
Minimum age for climbing: 10 years old, accompanied by a guardian.

A sustainable adventure

High Adventure strives to be a sustainable destination and encourages local adventures, as nature is essential to its operations. As an electricity-free destination, the environmental impact is minimal. The adventure team recommends carpooling or using public transport when traveling to beautiful Lexbydal.

How to get here

From Partille Station, take bus 519 to the Lexbydalsvägen stop. From there, it’s about a 500-meter country walk to the High Adventure high ropes course. By car, it takes only 15 minutes from central Gothenburg, and free parking is available on site.
