During your visit, you will meet small countryside businesses active in agriculture, tourism, food production, coffee shops, handicrafts and much more. You will experience wonderful nature and gain an insight into the area’s history in a calm and inspiring environment.

The road was part of the old bridle path that stretched from the coast far into Västergötland. This provided a central point for farms and villages which thus gained access to information.

The variety of travellers impacted on the local culture, which can be seen not least from the various rune stones some of which describe long journeys abroad.

Travel along the small winding gravel roads into a living landscape, experiencing the scents, tastes and views while at the same time being sure of a warm welcome from the local inhabitants.
