Kvinnestadleden
Kvinnestad
Kvinnestadleden offers a gentle hike around the picturesque Kvinnestadsjön, with numerous opportunities for pleasant breaks.
The trail encircles Kvinnestadsjön, a lake known for having lots of bird species. It often runs close to the lake, passing several scenic spots ideal for a coffee break or rest. Between the church and the swimming area, you can also glimpse traces of a 14th-century castle, or at least its moats.
A birdwatching tower is located in the southwestern part of the lake; follow the trail markings to reach it.
There is also a public bathing area close to Kvinnestad church, where you can take a swim after your hike.
