Björsjöås is the perfect place for a genuine wilderness experience close to the city in easily accessible natural surroundings. You can tailor your accommodation and experience package from self-catering to full board. 

The farm and surrounding land is located in the nature reserve of Vättlefjäll, 30 minutes from Gothenburg centre. You can hike, fish, swim, canoe, pick berries and mushrooms or just enjoy the tranquillity here. Explore on your own or with a guide, as a private guest or in a larger group.

Room, cottage or camping

Björsjöås Vildmark's scenic accommodation has 28 beds in three rooms in the house and three cottages - available all year round! In the spring, summer and early autumn, you can also book a  tent with all the extras. Your bed is made, the breakfast is prepared, and - if you want - dinner is cooked over an open fire.

Canoe rental, wood-fired sauna and hiking packages

As long as lake Björsjön is free of ice, you can rent a canoe on site. You can rent by the day or book as part of an accommodation or experience package. You can also book the Björsjöås wood-fired sauna, with room for 4 people; towels and firewood are included in the price.
