The most beautiful football field in Sweden
Gullmarsvallen is Lysekil's main sports ground. It is surrounded by a unique granite wall built by unemployed stone cutters in the 1930s. Gullmarsvallen is considered one of Sweden's most beautiful sports venues.
In 2003, the Riksidrottsförbundet appointed Gullmarsvallen as one of 100 sports history sites in Sweden
There are also large outdoor concerts organized, and popular visits over the years include "Badrock", "Gyllene tider", Beach Boys, Tomas Ledin, and GES.
